My approach

1. A personal introduction

Have you reached out to me? Then I'll give you a quick call first. We'll talk about what you're struggling with at home and what you'd like to see change. This way I'll get a good sense of your situation and wishes.

After that we'll plan a free one-hour introductory chat at your home. During this visit we'll look together at where you could use some help and what feels right for you.

If we click, we'll schedule the first decluttering session of 3 hours. Need a shorter session? We can absolutely arrange that. Everything moves at your pace.

2. Getting started

We will start at the place where you feel the greatest need for calm and clarity. That could be a cupboard, a room or another part of your house. You will always decide what happens with your belongings; I will guide you in making choices and keeping track of everything. We'll work with clear categories: Things that stay, things that find a new home, things that go to charity and things that can go. Step by step we will go through everything and you decide what goes in what (temporary) box.

After about an hour and a half we'll take a short break - or sooner if you feel you need one. After two and a half hours we'll calmly wrap up the session. We will put the sorted items in the place you've chosen so everything is ready for the next step.

At the end of the session the area we've worked on will be neat, clean and organized. You'll see the result right away and be able to enjoy your tidied space. Time to put your feet up with a cup of coffee or tea. You've earned it ☕

3. Tidied up

After our decluttering sessions your home will feel calm and organized again. Everything will be in its proper place and there is room to breathe - in your home and in your head. The area we worked on together feels lighter and more organized.

We will finish by looking at what works best for you going forward. I'll give you practical tips that suit your daily life. No perfect systems, just solutions that are achievable and feel right for you.

You'll move forward with a tidy home and the confidence that you can keep it that way. With more calm, space, clarity and the wonderful feeling that you didn't have to do it alone.

You don't have to do it all by yourself.
Together we'll create calm, clarity and a home that feels good again. Ready to get started? Feel free to get in touch for a no-obligation introduction.

Memories live in your heart not in the attic

Grief counseling and decluttering after loss

Grief is intense and deeply personal. Everyone experiences it in their own way. Especially in the period right after a loss, grief can feel raw and overwhelming. It can feel as though the world has come to a standstill while everything around you keeps moving. In those moments, feeling seen and heard matters enormously. Sadly, not everyone has someone to turn to - and that can make the pain even harder to carry.

I often see people who are grieving struggle with the practicalities of daily life. The energy simply isn't there to cook, do the dishes, keep on top of admin or maintain the home. Sometimes these tasks feel completely meaningless. Why cook if you're not hungry? Why tidy if the grief feels all-consuming? Going through a loved one's belongings can feel like saying goodbye to them all over again.

As a trained bereavement support professional who also speaks from personal experience, I offer support with grief alongside help with creating structure, planning, administration, cleaning and laundry. Always with respect for your pace and your feelings.

Through years of working with elderly people I have learned how important patience, attention and care truly are. I bring that same approach to supporting people through grief: calm, involved and without judgment.

Are you facing this alone, or are you looking for support for yourself, your father or your mother? Know this: you don't have to do this alone. Together we'll figure out what you need at this moment.

Feel free to email or call me to discuss how I can help.

Decluttering coaching expertise for women with ADHD/ADD

Since 2023 I have been working as a Professional Organizer and in that time I have had the privilege of working with many women with ADHD/ADD. I quickly discovered how much energy and fulfillment I get from working with these women specifically. I recognize the chaos, the indecision and the feeling of "where do I even begin?" - and especially the enormous sense of relief when things feel calm and organized again.

During our decluttering sessions we'll work together. Without judgment, at your pace. I bring structure, organization and calm, while you'll find that making decisions suddenly becomes so much easier. We don't just tidy up, we also look at habits and practical solutions that truly work for you. I'll share tips and tricks that stick with you long after our sessions are done.

The best part? Seeing the enthusiasm and relief on your face when you realize how organized and spacious everything suddenly feels — in your home and in your head.

Clearing a (parental) home after a loss or when downsizing

Personal guidance & custom quote

After the loss of a parent or loved one, or when a parent is moving to a smaller place — such as a care facility — a lot can come your way all at once. Alongside all the practical arrangements there are emotions, memories and sometimes uncertainty: what do you keep and what do you let go of?

You don't have to do this alone. I'll help you calmly and respectfully with clearing and/or emptying the (parental) home. Always with attention for your pace and feelings and with structure and clarity where needed. Together we'll look at what can stay, what finds a new home and what can be let go.

Are you looking for support that takes the weight off your shoulders, both practically and emotionally?

Feel free to make a no-obligation appointment. Together we'll look at what you need and I'll put together a custom quote for you.

I was so glad I got in touch with Linda.

My head is often full and I easily lose track of things. Linda was an amazing help with sorting through and organizing my belongings. She also helped create a schedule so I can tidy a little bit at a time on my own, bringing me so much more peace of mind.

Many thanks Linda.

A. R.
Linda is a wonderfully kind woman who truly focuses on her clients. Together we talked through how we'd approach things and then got to work as a team. And the results have continued to benefit me ever since. The personal contact and approach was a pleasure as well.
